Everything you need to know about going cashless.

Attendees receive an NFC card at registration, load credit at top-up stations (cash or card), then tap to pay at any vendor terminal. Transactions are sub-second and work even without internet connectivity.

Cashiers can look up customers by name or phone number, freeze the lost card to prevent unauthorized use, and transfer the remaining balance to a replacement card — all from the mobile app.

Yes. The mobile app has a full offline mode that queues transactions locally and syncs automatically when connectivity returns. Your event never stops, even in remote locations.

Cashiers can process refunds directly at the event from the mobile app. Unspent balances can be cashed out at designated stations. All refund transactions are tracked with a full audit trail.

Any NFC-capable Android phone works as a terminal. We supply pre-programmed NTAG215 NFC cards. No special POS hardware or readers required.

Platform provisioning takes under 30 minutes — create your event, add vendors and staff, and you're ready. NFC cards ship pre-programmed and can be bulk-imported via CSV.

NFC cards are signed with HMAC-SHA256. All transactions use optimistic locking to prevent double-spend. The platform includes fraud detection rules, immutable audit logs, and role-based access control.
